Once your order is placed, you will receive a video of your completed product for your approval within approximately 15 business days. See the Production Times Section for production time by product type. Once you approve the video, we will ship your product via the shipping method you chose. We offer Standard Shipping (9 - 12 business days to United States of America) and Express Shipping (5 - 7 business days to United States of America). At this point in time, we can ship to these countries: United States of America
Manufacturing time is 12 to 17 days. Total order turnaround time depends on the shipping method you select and the time it takes you to approve your final product.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, courier issues, severe weather, and other factors beyond Studio Maisette's control.

We strive to answer all customer questions within 12 business hours.
If a product quality issue is detected due to manufacturing fault within six months of purchase, contact us immediately to determine a resolution.
You must contact us within 7 days if you believe that your package was lost in transit. Once it is confirmed the package is lost, we will file a claim with the courier. Once a refund is received, we will provide the replacement item.
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or defective. No returns or exchanges are offered for texture variation, delays due to customs or courier issues, or slight variations in stone color due to the natural material. Incorrect Ring Sizes and incorrect/Incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for returns, replacements or exchanges.
In case of the unlikely event that there is a quality issue with a purchase, Customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. A refund will be given on receipt of the item in unused and original condition, refund will be minus a non-refundable transaction fee of 5%. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
